Product Manager (Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Europe) for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to solve hard problems that have many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
• Customer obsessed, understanding the challenges our customers are facing and their needs.
• Research and understand the market, user experience trends, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Drive product direction while balancing various stakeholder inputs with business strategy and constraints.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality products.
• Maintain a roadmap for your product features and drive implementation
• Manage backlog grooming and prioritization
• Write product and technical specifications to communicate functionality/features.
• Establish success criteria and objective metrics to measure the impact of your work.
• Create effective content for go-to-market communications and sales activities and drive product launches by working with team members from marketing, sales, customer service, and finance.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management working with mobile web and iOS / Android, particularly e-commerce or SaaS products.
• Experience managing the requirements, support model, documentation, and education around an API / SDK.
• Can think in system and platform terms.
• Experienced in writing epics and user stories and collaborating with the engineering team on grooming, clarifications, and story points.
• Strong passion for product innovation and creating excellent user experiences following UI/UX best practices;
• Demonstrated success managing priorities and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile organization;
• Well-versed in agile product management following principles such as Agile Scrum and OKR-driven business strategy;
• Experienced with Product Board, Jira, and Confluence. 
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Familiar with Figma, Sketch, and Miro.
• Exceptional communicator with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence is preferred but not required;
• Experience with App Clips is highly preferred.
